Dec ’17
2:00 pm

eagle post xmas2017 300x157 Christmas Eve at the Hardware Store Service 2017I would like to invite you and your family to a very special event in a few days.  This Christmas Eve, Eagle Hardware will host the Annual Christmas Eve at the Hardware Store service once again.  Going on 10 years now, our community has gathered at Eagle Hardware to celebrate the birth of our Savior.  Though found in a very non-traditional location, the time together is very traditional. Join us at 2:00 pm in the barn for a fun time of fellowship with neighbors, Christmas carols, and a brief reminder of why we celebrate Christmas at all.  For any questions, please do not hesitate to give the store a call at 972-635-7878.  Hope to see you there!

A traditional Christmas Eve service, just not in a traditional place.  There will be plenty to eat and time to visit with neighbors and friends.  Look for parking out front, in the restaurant parking lot next door and the pasture next to the restaurant. For further information, please call the store at 972-635-7878 for details.

Hwy 276 & FM1565 Intersection Update

Wednesday, November 16th, 2016

Hwy 276 & FM1565 Intersection UpdateAs many of you know, there will soon be a stop light at the intersection of highway 276 and FM 1565. Months ago steps were taken in the community to solidify the unified desire to see this to fruition. Though the process seems stalled, progress continues. As of recent, the speed limit between the Rockwall county line and the city limits of Quinlan has been reduced to 60 mph. This was done in preparation for the light, a must needed step. The next step is the funding allocation for the construction. As 2016 concludes, the dollars were not there to do so. Therefore, funds available for the project should be available for the early part of 2017. As things change and/or progress, I’ll do my part and keep you informed. In the meantime, be safe.

think pink day 2 e1438721308421 300x225 Mobile Mammogram Unit :: November 11SAVE the date! Friday, November 11, 2016.

Did you know that 65% of Hunt County woman residents do NOT get mammograms? As a cause that is very close to our hearts at Eagle Hardware Farm and Ranch, we are going to help!

Save the date! Eagle Hardware Farm and Ranch will be hosting a Mobile Mammogram Unit from Hunt County Regional Medical Center in Greenville on Friday, November 11. The Mobile Mammogram Unit brings high quality screening mammograms to you, it is convenient and quick, and it is our way of helping take care of your health.

In order for the Mobile Mammography Coach to come to Eagle Hardware, they require a minimum number of 12 scheduled appointments. All insurances accepted at Hunt Regional, are also accepted for the Mobile Mammography Coach, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Hunt Regional can also help with payment resources for uninsured, income eligible women or those who choose to pay cash.

Also, if you had one last year when the Mobile Mammogram Unit visited Eagle Hardware, it will be 1 year since your last mammogram, so you are eligible for one again this year.  You MUST pre-register for the Mobile Mammogram Coach.  Please call 903-408-5010 to pre-register.  Last year we had a waiting list, so please don’t hesitate. Call today.
