Overseeding with Ryegrass

ryegrass seed e1474297788514 225x300 Overseeding with RyegrassWhat a crazy year for weather.  It has been a long time since we’ve had seen so much rain and so many days below 100 degrees.  It was not that long ago the 100+ degree days went weeks before the record broke.  Though the cooler days and rainfall have kept pastures greener this year, one still must think of over seeding.  ryegrass pasture 300x240 Overseeding with RyegrassOver seeding with ryegrass continues to be an effective means to reduce feed costs and carry livestock through the winter months.  Eagle Hardware Farm and Ranch has four varieties of ryegrass to suite your needs: Oregon, nelson, marshall and a perennial rye.  From lawn over seeding to pasture over seeding for livestock grazing, we have the seed for you.  Too, Eagle Hardware has seed oats, wheat, and pasture mix as well.  Stop by for your bags or call today and reserve yours.
